Refund policy

We hope you love your Tria Valoria order. If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Swimwear must have its original hygiene protection intact.

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send your order back to the address shown on the original shipping package. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted or processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate solution.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size, color or product, you can return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
